HISTORY OF THE DENSITY SERIES
This will be the 1st edition of the 6th Density Series! In 2015, we started off our mission creating the 3rd Density SnapBack and through the years it has evolved into what you see today. Our idea was that our hats would progress with us! We also wanted to add variations in between each New Density. (3rd Density Followed by 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 …. ) These variations would be more experimental and less finished that the milestone densities that came before them. Ironically, at times the variations became more popular than the originals.
During the 4th Density Series things started rapidly improving. We started experimenting with cotton hemp mixtures and found a 60% hemp 40% cotton we were happy with. This became the new standard for our hats. This thin weaved hemp was also well-received with our customers. As we educated ourselves on our environmental footprint & how bad clothing production is for the environment, we concentrated on making pieces people could own for some time and not have to keep buying new things. Towards the 5.4 Density Series, we started using an Industrial Hemp Fabric which was much more of a robust weave. Towards the 5.4 Density versions we started adding anti microbial and EMF Fabric to the hats.
The 6D SnapBack will be the one that starts off the 6th Density Series and pickup where the 5th Density Hats left off from. A truly dynamic hat in both appearance and functionality. We’re really excited to present this to The Lions!

I can’t believe this is hemp! I never seen a hemp hat printed on but was achieved with this! The fact its also EMF proof puts this hat on a whole other level! Shipment was about 4 days so I can’t leave a 5 star.

Some things never go out of style! This hat is one of a kind and the best! You have to baby it and not get it dirty because of the light color but the colors are beautiful. The EMF seems to give me clarity and I noticed that tiktok cant read my thoughts and send me ads! No joke! Keep up the innovative creations!

Such a narly hat! I wear it on special occasions but thinking of getting another so I can use my old one all the time and the new one on special occasions its that real.
