All made-to-order and custom pieces are non-refundable. If a defect in the items occurs we will repair or exchange with the same or similar item. The customer must reach out to us within 14 days of this defect. If you use ZOO TOKEN to checkout a good we have a 2 year warranty that comes with all custom goods. We reserve the right to deny all request for refunds and returns.
We try to respond within 3 business days email and also respond on our official instagram @lionsinthezoo. We were receiving too many scam calls so we do not respond on phone. We will also not reach out to you on whattsapp or other social media outlets. We will never reach out first on instagram. We will never ask you for sensitive information online. Anyone claiming to be us asking for sensitive information is a scam.
